EkaHosting.com is not responsible for data lost due to server crashes, hard drive failures, or other problems with the technology used for storing offsite backups. The offsite backups should not be used as a sole backup, but rather as a supplement to an existing backup already in place. The offsite backups should be used in a disaster case scenario when your primary backups have failed. EkaHosting.com requires payment for new accounts within ten days of activation. For monthly payments, EkaHosting.com requires payment within ten days of invoice. If payment is not made on time, EkaHosting.com will disable your account. If payment is not made within ten days after that, your account will be deleted along with all files stored on the offsite location. You may at any time request to have your account terminated. If you request that, your account will be deleted along with all files stored on the offsite location. No refund will be given for a partially used month. You may cancel as soon as you get your invoice or within the initial ten days.
